...Guitarist and singer Matt Schofield has been described as the finest new generation blues guitarist in Britain. While influenced by the likes of Albert Collins, the three blues Kings (Albert, Freddie and BB) and Robben Ford, Matt has evolved his own distinctive style and tone.
    His feel for what he is playing is second to none. Matt can also be heard on recordings by British Blues diva, Dana Gillespie (with whom he regularly tours), the Lee Sankey Band, and the Lester Butler Tribute band, among others. Organist Jonny Henderson nails that vintage Hammond sound. At just twenty three years of age Jonny has already proved himself in the international arena. A year with Otis Grand's band saw him accompany an impressive list of artists including Texas Blues stars Anson Funderburgh and Kim Wilson, and the Stax soul legend Steve Cropper.
    Deep in the engine room, laying down The Trio's infectious grooves is Evan Jenkins. He's pretty much done it all - a formal training in jazz, tours with Ronnie Scott and Mornington Lockett, the Western Australia Symphony Orchestra, and pop and rock bands.
